P7P55D Deluxe mendukung multi-GPU untuk memilih SLI ™ atau CrossFireX. Motherboard ini memiliki fitur Intel P55 platform untuk mengoptimalkan alokasi PCIe dalam konfigurasi multi-GPU. Motherboard ini juga mendukung perangkat terbaru PCIe 2.0 untuk kecepatan dua kali lipat dan bandwidth yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja sistem.
